Payment for Products & Services
All Credit and Debit Cards will be processed in GB Pounds, Sterling at the time of payment. The Yoga Barre Ltd is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit/Debit Card companies.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
Private one to one sessions and Booked Classes and Courses may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice but we are sorry that we cannot refund or reschedule missed sessions or those not cancelled within this period. In these circumstances the sessions will be forfeited.
If you have not already paid for the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session and where card/account information is not present, no further sessions will be allowed until the outstanding payment is received.
Workshops and events
Workshops and events paid for in advance will not be refunded if non-attendance is due to circumstances out of your control, although the owner may use her discretion on an individual basis. If 72 hours’ notice is given we can offer you a refund except in the cases of events where non-refundable deposits are taken and notified on booking.
Yoga mats and retail sales
Goods may be returned within 7 working days for exchange or refund. Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged.
